This (including any modification/alteration/change/deletion in this Agreement from time to time by vidyapeethacademy.com) is a Contract between you and vidyapeethacademy.com

Free Consent

You state that the very fact that you are visiting / have visited the vidyapeethacademy.com is a complete unqualified acceptance of yours relating to various terms and conditions detailed in the website as also in the disclaimer section of this Agreement. You fully declare and undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure, influence or coercion on you, that you shall be fully bound by the terms of the website as also by the terms of the disclaimer. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 5-12, inclusive, of this Agreement.

Such cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. In case of service cancellation, your right to use the Service stops right away. If we cancel the Service in its entirety without cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such cancellation.

On receipt of such complaint, vidyapeethacademy.com may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation abuse or misuse without any refund of subscription fee. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership without any refund of the subscription fee.

Vidyapeeth Academy reserves the right to withdraw its services to any customer who is found to be unreasonable or abusive during their conversation with an astrologer regardless of the reason. While Vidyapeeth Academy will make every effort to resolve any such situation, in case this fails, such customers will be sent a written warning. If it is repeated, the said customer will not be permitted to transact on the platform. Any balance in the customers wallet will be refunded, to the extent that a refund is possible.

Refund & Cancellation

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.

The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.

The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the institute's account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.

We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

The course fee should be paid in full. Any revision in the course fee will be intimated to you through an Emil/letter form us. Fee once paid will not be refunded. fee paid for specific is not transferable to any other course.Feepaid is valid for the enrolled student only and is not transferable to any other student.
